BUSC is growing, and we’re looking for passionate, motivated coaches to become a part of our dynamic coaching staff. This is an exciting opportunity for individuals who are dedicated to their own growth as coaches and to the development of our players.

Job Overview:

As a coach with BUSC, you’ll lead at least two training sessions per week, typically on Monday and Wednesday or Tuesday and Thursday evenings. On weekends, you’ll attend games, and your role will also involve handling a few team-related tasks that can be completed remotely and on a flexible schedule. To support your professional growth, we provide paid coaching education sessions twice a month.

We’re looking for candidates who excel in communication, organization, teaching, and leadership. You’ll need to work collaboratively with fellow coaches and club leaders while planning and delivering training sessions that align with the BUSC DNA (Curriculum). Your main focus will be creating a safe, organized, and enjoyable environment for our players, while continuously reflecting on and improving your coaching approach.
