GAME SCHEDULES
Games typically take place on Saturdays, although multiple games within a weekend is a possibility dependent on scheduling conflicts and cancellations.
All U8 games are held at BUSC facilities. U10 and above may include limited traveling to other club's facilities for games. While the club controls the U8 game schedule, in most cases, U10 and above involves other clubs, teams, and coaches that also play a part.
Game Days (U8 Only): 9/13, 9/20, 9/27, 10/4, 10/11, 10/18
End of Season Tournament (U8 Only): 10/25 & 10/26
U10 and above game schedules are typically released by SEPA Rec League in late August or early September. At that time, they will be added to your team's calendar via the PlayMetrics app.
TEAM FORMATION
Players will be assigned to teams according to age, requests, and school.
No active travel level players are permitted to play in the league.
Special Requests:
Carpool or friend requests are accepted. However, please ensure that you list the same preferred training days. If different training days are provided, that will possibly lead to you being assigned to different teams.
Siblings/Twins in the same age group/gender - will automatically be placed on the same team unless otherwise requested.
Coaches:
Coaches are assigned by the league.
Players/Families can NOT request a specific coach.

TRAINING DAYS
U7-U8: Tuesday or Thursday at 5:30PM (Train 2x weekly for additional $75)
U10-U16: Coaches choose their preferred training day
When registering, parents have the option to select one conflict night, your child will not be assigned on a team that practices on your ‘conflict’ night unless it is unavoidable.
COACHES MEETING: Mandatory coaches meeting will be held on Tuesday, August 19th.
PARENTS MEETING: A parents meeting will be held via Zoom on Monday, August 18th.
AGE GROUPS
We follow US Soccer Federation mandates, meaning that each age group is structured by birth year.
U7-U8: 2018 & 2019 Birth Years
U9-U10: 2016 & 2017 Birth Years
U11-U12: 2014 & 2015 Birth Years
U13-U14: 2012 & 2013 Birth Years
U15-U16: 2010 & 2011 Birth Years
REFUND POLICY:
Refunds may be requested up until three full weeks prior to the opening game day (minimum of 15 full business days). A $25 admin fee is applied to all refunds.
After the above period a player may withdraw from the league but no refund can be issued.
Buckingham United does not guarantee a minimum number of games and is not responsible for games and practices lost due to weather and/or field conditions. No refunds or partial refunds will be issued due to games lost because of weather and/or field conditions.
